The 1-Line Call List lets you see the greatest number of calls on a single page. In Market Master Manager, each sales rep gets his/her own call list.
To make a call, you'll double-click on any name to access Call Feedback for the name you want to call. Call Feedback will show you all the information from Enter Names and a complete history of activities and comments, and give you a place to enter Feedback about your conversation.
Click on Sue M. Goode to see where you'd report the results of her call.
