The Call History List shows everything from Enter Names as well as all the history on a prospect. This list is usually used when salespeople make their calls from a printout (away from their computer), but need to see all or most of the history about a prospect. Each prospect name will have at least one page, depending on how many history records there are.
Double-clicking on the page will access Call Feedback for the name you want to call, but since Call Feedback shows you pretty much the same information, you'll save yourself a lot of scrolling if you just use the 1-line or short list to access Call Feedback when you're working at your computer.
