This is where you'll probably want to be to make your calls - and definitely where you'll report them. Call Feedback shows just about everything you've ever entered about your prospect, including a complete history of all your actions and notes if you scroll down. Though this demo only shows one history record, you can get the idea - depending on how many history records there are for a prospect, it could take several pages.
You'll report your response, then make any notes about this call in the scrolling comments field. When you enter it, Market Master will set this name up for its next activity so you don't have to think about it until it comes up for action again.
To make your next call, you'll go back to your call list and double-click on the next name to open Call Feedback for that person.
